Our supplies are shipped by United Parcel Service (UPS) and the US Postal Service (USPS). Some products will be shipped from different locations. We stand behind each product's quality 100%. In the event of a material defect, or an error on our part, we will pay the return shipping charges and refund 100% of your purchase price. Any unopened merchandise can be returned (you must pay the return shipping charges) within 30 days of the invoice date for a refund in the amount of the original purchase, less shipping charges.
