Enjoying Postcards Through Education and Entertainment
The Lancaster County (PA) Postcard Club was founded in January 1990 and now has over 250 members that share a common interest in the history and enjoyment of collecting and researching postcards, including local, national, and foreign views, holiday greetings, and thematic topics.

MEETINGS & MEMBERSHIP
With membership in the Lancaster County (PA) Postcard Club, new members are encouraged to attend our monthly meeting that usually draws approximately 50 to 70 people. Meetings are the 3rd Monday of each month. Although the business meeting starts at 7 p.m., members sell and trade postcards beginning about 5:30 p.m. This gives members the opportunity to look through postcards and trade information about cards, shows, and products.

A brief business meeting begins at 7 p.m. Postcard competition follows. Any member may enter the monthly single card/board theme completion. Members are encouraged to study the postcards on display. The attending membership votes for their favorite postcard. This monthly competition is open to all members and is a way of showing different postcards from private collections. There is a small monetary prize for first, second, and third place winners.

A monthly program, usually a presentation about postcards, begins after that contest. Local history or unique postcards are the most frequent topics. Upcoming programs include:
