Next Show and Sale August
9th, 2008
Meetings: Tropical Postcard Club meets on the second Saturday of each month except January and August which are "show months." Meetings are held at the Pompano Beach Civic Center located at 1801 NE 6th Street, Pompano Beach, Florida. Meeting times are from Noon until 4:00PM. Membership dues are $8 per year single member, $2 extra for additional family members/associates, $16 for international members.Please come to our monthly meetings and brings a show board (or two or three or more!) to show off your collecting interests. We have board displays and encourage members to give presentations at our meetings. Refreshments are served.
Postcard Shows: We sponsor two postcard shows each year at the Pompano Beach Civic Center. Our TROPOBEX show is held in January and there are usually over 40 dealers in attendance. We also have a summer show in August with a mini-bourse of about 20 dealers.Club Newsletter: Club members receive a club newsletter called "Tropical Topics" which is published quarterly. The Editor Burnham Neil always welcomes articles, submissions, suggestions and comments. Club members may also post free classified ads.
